1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 About Us

Z & Z Cosmetics is a wholesale and retail beauty supply store based in Lahore, serving salons, MUAs, and individual customers across Pakistan. By using zzcosmetics.pk, you agree to the terms below.

1.2 Use of Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian’s permission, to place an order.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order (name, address, contact number).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

1.3 Retail Orders

Retail customers may add products to cart and check out directly through the website.
Order confirmation will be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or call once the order is placed.

1.4 Wholesale Orders

Wholesale pricing and bulk orders are handled directly through WhatsApp Business.
Wholesale customers (salons, MUAs, resellers) should contact us via WhatsApp for pricing, minimum order quantities, and availability.

1.5 Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice.
We make every effort to keep stock levels accurate, but availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation.
In case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

1.6 Product Information

Product images are for illustration purposes; actual packaging or shade may vary slightly.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Customers are encouraged to check ingredients before use and perform a patch test for new products.

1.7 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, product descriptions, and branding — is the property of Z & Z Cosmetics and may not be copied or reused without permission.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

Z & Z Cosmetics is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order placed.

3. Shipping Policy

3.1 Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and other cities across Pakistan.

3.2 Delivery Timeframes

Lahore (within city): 1–2 business days
Other major cities: 2–4 business days
Remote areas: 4–7 business days

Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

3.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location. Free delivery thresholds (if any) will be displayed on the website or at checkout.

3.4 Order Tracking

Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp to monitor their shipment.

3.5 Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.

4. Return & Refund Policy

4.1 Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty/cosmetic items cannot be returned, unless the product is defective or damaged.

4.2 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

4.3 Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used skincare, makeup, or personal care items
Items marked as final sale or clearance
Wholesale/bulk orders (handled case-by-case via WhatsApp)

4.4 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa.
